Get ready for a long winded post.....

We are out of the loop in the Blog world!

I have to admit I have not posted anything in a while due to a few very good excuses:

1. The Twilight Series

2. Craig & I have started watching 24 for the first time. We are consumed. :)

3. We just moved back to California

Now that we are all settled in, I have 200 pages left of the Stephanie Meyer's series, and 24 is at a point where I can wait a night or two before I watch another episode, here is a recap of the last couple months....

July 5th we made the 18 hour drive from New Mexico to California. The kids were SO incredibly good. Their great behavior gave me some incentive to hopefully take more road trips in the near future.

Craig had to start school before we could move into our managing job, so Craig's sister Becki & her husband Scott, so generously let us crash at their house for a couple weeks before we could move into our place in Mountain View, CA.

Thank you Becki & Scott you guys are seriously the best!

This is our new little place. We scored with this managing spot. It's quiet, very little turnover, has 3 bedrooms, and the grounds are covered in beautiful redwood trees. Oh, and it has a killer pantry in the kitchen. My friend Jeni asked me if she can store her food storage in it. :) I have to post a picture of the pantry just because it's pretty impressive. Pictures don't do it justice and anyone who has seen it first hand can testify that it's awesome.

Next up...

August 9th, Craig celebrated his 29th birthday. We started the day off at our favorite breakfast spot in Los Altos, The Original Pancake House. Later that night we had a small get together with some close friends at Becki & Scott's. (again, thanks B&S!) It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.

I got Craig an iTouch for his b-day and I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous of the time he and the

iTouch are spending together. Needless to say, it was a good choice.

Now that we are in somewhat of a routine....
Things are somewhat settled and the kids have already found a little park that they like down the street. Here are some cute pics of the kids and one of my sexy husband at the park.

The Magic Eraser is Magic!

For those of you who are clean freaks like myself, and you have not yet discovered one of the greatest cleaning creations, try Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser! Thanks to my friend Lea for introducing me to this awesome little brick of magic.... my cleaning spree's have never been the same!

This thing is amazing! It takes scuffs off of floor boards, marker off of walls, permanent marker off of floors, dirt and grime off of walls, and even removed a ring around the toilet! The list goes on and on of what it can do. Anything that I think it will not work on, the eraser proves me wrong!

When activated by water, the little, white, fluffy brick releases it's tiny, microscopic Goodness and banishes any sign of goo, dirt, film etc.

If you have kids you have to have one or two on hand at all times. It's a lifesaver!

Sneaky Sev

I have sent this out to a lot of you already. I think it is pretty funny, so I wanted to share with those of you who have not seen it!

I had just made a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls and noticed that things were unusually quiet. When it's quiet with kids, you know something is up. So this is where I found Sev.

I LOVE that kid!

Quirky Kids

I was thinking about how kids are so quirky!
They have all these funny things that are very unusual & specific to them and only them.
For example:

Olivia does not like to sleep on her bed. She likes sleeping on the floor. So for every nap and every night she sleeps on the floor!

Sevrin will be upset in the car and if I put even a finger anywhere on his body he stops fussing. Sometimes I can only reach enough to put my hand around his ankle and he is quiet and usually falls asleep.

I know we all have our own little quirks, but I love to hear about kid's and their own little idiosyncrasies.
What peculiar things do your kids do?

We got SO close to him. We got some pretty hot shots!

Craig and I (along with my sister, her husband, and my mom) went and saw Michael Buble' tonight. I am still on cloud 9!

WOW! He is to die for.

One of the best shows I have been to.

He's funny, gorgeous , humble, charming, incredibly handsome, & puts on such a good performance. Did I mention that he is HOT?

If he is stopping in your city, do NOT pass it up. GO SEE HIM! HE IS FABULOUS!

well, i wouldn't say my life is better after seeing him, he's not Jesus and i have the same junk as him, but i did enjoy the show. he's a good showman and i'd say check him out in your town. but we paid 90 bucks to see him and thats the most i've ever paid to see someone or something i wasn't initially sold on.

dudes, you'll enjoy it if you go, and your wives will thank you for it. sarah says i might even get some action afterward. so its a win win... i'll give the star count after the win win....

Sev Scootin

For the past few months Sev has been trying so hard to ride Olivia's scooter.

Everyday I see him working at it.

Finally he has mastered it and he looks so cute scooting along.

I hope the video is not too dark!

Don't mind the nice comment Craig makes to Olivia at the end!
