Dorothy

So our little goldfish, Dorothy died yesterday. Services were held at 9:00am. Olivia gave the eulogy and Sevrin sang a song.
The entire day after we buried her in the back yard, Olivia kept saying "mommy, when Dorothy gets better can she come back inside?"
Heart wrenching huh?
So funny, but sad at the same time. I can't imagine if it had been a favorite dog or cat. I began feeling like that 25 cent fish was part of the family!

You know its always tough loosing something that is just easy to have around. It will probably be the easiest pet you will ever have. I think she had a great and full life for a gold fish. She will be miss by all.
Why don't you just let Dorothy come back inside the house as the new and improved Dorothy II?

so cute. You guys are great, we just ended up flushing ours when he died...one more thing for Kaylee to add to the list for counseling later on!!!
I Love Jeni's idea... Your family is so darling! They are getting so big! I love the Easter pic of Sev and liv where he has his elbow up on the arm of the couch and she is sitting beside him. You could turn it black and white and it would look old fashion! Love it! When are you coming back... I want to see a post about moving plans...!
